ALL RATES INCLUDE TAXES, utilities and cleaning after departure.
We offer nightly rates as well as weekly rates. Please ask for details.
Exchange rate between £ and $ fluctuates so we aim to follow the current exchange rate as closely as possible.
10% discount on bookings of 3 weeks or more (except during summer 2008).
Pool heating charged at £60/$120 per week.
Stays of 5 nights or less will incur a cleaning charge of £50/$100.

Payment Methods accepted:
Personal cheque or wire transfer.
If paying by credit card, a 4% surcharge will be added.
If paying by wire transfer, a $15 surcharge will be added.

Deposits:
Non-refundable deposit of £200/$400 required at time of booking.
Security deposit of £200/$400 required with balance of rental - refundable after management company check.

Cancellations and Return Policy:
Balance due 10 weeks prior to departure. Cancellation must be in writing. If cancellation received over 8 weeks prior to departure, 50% shall be refunded. If cancellation received less than 8 weeks prior to arrival date, there is no refund.

Arrival and Departure Times:
Guests should not arrive before 4 p.m. on their first day and should vacate the villa by mid day on their day of departure, unless by prior arrangement. This allows the cleaning staff time to prepare the villa for incoming guests .

We strongly recommend that you take out holiday insurance when you make initial booking.
